👉YOU ARE WRONG 👈 You Aren’t Lazy

STOP saying that you got fat because you’re LAZY.

Chances are, that’s the farthest from the truth.

Usually the same people that tell me they’re lazy are also:

  • Hard working professionals
  • Parents
  • Partners
  • Friends

Long story short, these same people that describe themselves as Lazy are also extremely busy.

So, if it isn’t a laziness problem, what is it?

I’d argue that it’s a prioritization problem.

It’s a matter of giving yourself permission to let your health become a priority.

Because it positively effects every single one of those things that I mentioned before

Example:

When are you a better co-worker/friend/husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend?

A) When you feel like shit
B) When you don’t feel like shit

I think you know what the answer is.

Feel like shit less. It’s good for you and everyone else.

Its time to give yourself permission, to prioritize your health and fitness. It doesnt take much, just 3-4 hours aweek (there is 168 hours a week).

BY PRIORITIZING YOURSELF FOR A FEW HOURS A WEEK, YOU CAN HELP BE THE BEST PARENT, PARTNER, FRIEND EMPLOYEE/WORKER
