The Grit City Fitness and Performance 7th Annual Thanksgiving Day Pre-Burn at 9:00am Thanksgiving morning!!!
Don’t feel guilty about all the thanksgiving goodness you eat later on… Burn it off before you even eat it!!!!
This workout will leave your body ready to take on all the delicious food without feeling bad about it!!!
**Yes I said it, do this workout and you will be able to eat and indulge the rest of the day all you want, with no guilt!***
This workout is open to any and all for FREE – family, friends, kids…. Any and everybody is invited and more than welcome!
The workout will be scaled and modified for anybody who needs adjustments as well as multiple coaches helping everyone stay safe while getting a truly effective thanksgiving pre-burn workout!!!
Also, While the workout is free for all we want to try and give back to the community as much as possible. Any donations are welcomed and appreciated, recommended donations are cash and canned foods which we will be donating to the local food bank.
