Hey everyone!!! We are excited to officially announce and invite you to our 8th annual Thanksgiving workout!!!
This year is going to be a little different since Jeff and Serena are out of town, but we still wanted to give you the opportunity to get your workout in before your thanksgiving feast so please read carefully and make sure you RSVP as soon as possible!!!
Since we will have 3 coaches running the workout this year instead of 5-6, we have a 60 person maximum attendance for this event and it is crucial that we have an accurate headcount of attendees.
Members get priority to sign up to attend the workout for the next 72 hours (through 11/17) and can bring ONE guest. On 11/18 we will open up the option for non members to RSVP if we still have spots available. We want to invite as many people as we can accommodate, but need to give priority to our members. If you are a member and need to bring more than one guest, please reach out to a coach ASAP so we can do our best to accommodate you. You can RSVP on the Facebook event page, OR tell a coach at the gym to put you on the list.
As always, children are always welcome, and we are not limiting you to only bring one child, but with this busy workout it’s crucial that they follow the rules and stay off of the gym floor where members are working out to help prevent falls or injuries. (If you have a child who stays by your side during the workout, that is OK, please just use your best judgement as the gym will be crowded and very busy).
