BALANCE is the key ๐Ÿ”‘ to not only reaching your weight loss/fitness goals but also to MAINTAINING the physique and lifestyle you worked/are working so hard to achieve… . There is NO secret, NO quick fix, and ridiculous amounts of cardio and/or undereating is probably the worst thing you can do ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผ . You CANNOT cheat hard work and time! If you havenโ€™t already, plan out REALISTIC but CHALLENGING goals and DONโ€™T skip or ignore nutrition! Focus on eating whole, nutrient dense foods with a few treats IN MODERATION to keep you sane (hence my thought bubble LOL) . PS- my pizza and donut are in the middle of my bubble bc they are the most important ๐Ÿ˜œ . PPS- the running emoji is there bc there isnโ€™t a HIIT/circuit specific emoji, feel free to not run at all ever- just lift weights fast for your cardio ๐Ÿ˜† .
