❎❎ Do Nothing = Get Nothing ❎❎
To often people I work with with will not send in their checkins or give me honest updates of where they’re at because what they did the last couple days or week wasn’t “perfect” or exactly what I said to do.
This becomes a huge problem because when this happens it makes it nearly impossible for myself, other coaches or the individual themselves to figure out what to do to make progress and achieve results.
I have a phrase I say almost daily to myself and others…. “Progress over perfection” One one the keys to progression is the simple act of doing – and then adjusting. You will never be perfect.
The plan will never fit right away. There will need to be changes and adjustments.
