Every superhero has a sidekick
Our JTS sidekick program is designed for those who cannot fully commit to our Superhero program or wants to mix multiple training programs we offer together. Sidekick is based off of the Superhero program and gives you 1x a week access into our Superhero program to perform and train with the group. Also giving you access to nutrition coaching, strength based programing, cardiovascular programing and more. This allows the combination of Superhero, team training or RBT all rolled up into one custom program.
