That was a trick question!
There is NO “best” diet for you.
Diet’s are short term, and typically restrictive. Instead of thinking in terms of which new “diet” you should follow, think in terms of the long term.
I NEVER put clients on diets. I put clients on NUTRITION PLANS, based on what is SUSTAINABLE and realistic for them. You will never be successful with a diet that is miserable. You will be successful with a healthy and balanced approach to your nutrition. A nutrition plan can be a mix of different “diet” approaches, and looks different for everyone.
Some people thrive on low carb and higher fat. Some thrive on high carb and moderate fat. Some people feel great not eating meet. Some can’t imagine not eating meat. Some have other preferences. You CAN design your nutrition approach around YOUR preferences, it’s all a matter of finding what’s right for YOU and your goals.
