Eat your VEGGIES!!!!

Vegetables are a crucial part of a healthy diet including tons of important vitamins & minerals such as: potassium, fiber, folate (folic acid) and vitamins A, E, C, and K

DARK GREEN veggies are the most nutrient dense (ex: spinach, kale, broccoli etc).
