Fasted Training? Fasted Cardio? Do They Help Burn Fat?

If you don’t know what fasted training/fasted cardio is, let me give you a quick explanation.
Fasted just means fasting – so not eating for an extended period of time – typically no less than 8 hours (You wake up fasted – eat at 7pm, then sleep tell 6am)
So this was a perfect opportunity to answer this question, go over a little bit of the plus and minuses of fasted training/cardio and if its right for you
