Halloween schedule for TOMORROW (Halloween night)
We will have OPEN GYM from 3-6pm
Come in anytime between 3-6 to get your workout in. I’ll be coaching all night in costume so make sure you dress up!!

10. Track important data that relates to your goal
11. Write down ALL of your little success’s
12. Remind yourself of your goals and the WHY behind them
13. Remember that it takes time see your goals achieved
