1️⃣Keep it Simple- look at the menu in advance & pick dishes with simple & easy to track ingredients
2️⃣Don’t show up starving- eat for volume (high protein, nutritionally dense foods that fill you up) the rest of the day so that you aren’t starving and overeating when you arrive at the restaurant
3️⃣Don’t worry about being picky- you are a paying customer- ask for sauces/dressings on the side or make modifications to the meal to make it healthier
