“I’m eating in a calorie deficit but I’m not losing weight, HELP!”

So you’re eating in a calorie deficit but not losing weight?  I understand this can be extremely frustrating, especially when working really hard at your workouts too!  So here’s why you’re most likely (99.9% chance) not losing the weight despite eating in a calorie deficit… … You’re not actually eating in a calorie deficit….!!!!!!! Reasons that can easily cause this?  1.  Not tracking on weekends (or tracking more loosely) 2.  Inaccurately guessing / estimating instead of weighing/measuring3.  Making tracking input errors (easy to do when you don’t understand how calories & macros work/add up) 4.  Stress/bored eating and thinking “eating healthy” the next day evens it out 5.  Not counting/tracking small snacks & bites (they add up)  Need help with your nutrition? Want a full body & mindset transformation?
