It’s ok…You’re A Badass

OK, so you can’t deadlift 300 lbs or even 200 lbs, your push ups are on your knees, can’t run a 7 minute mile on your best day, wondering what is up with that “puking” attraction, and deep down you know, you have nothing to prove to anyone but yourself..……

BUT, you are eating Healthy and working out to the best of your ability, dedicated to becoming healthy/fit for the long haul. It’s about a better life, not being your life!

Well, you should know that makes you a BAD ASS! and a million miles ahead of the rest of the population, as far as I am concerned, you are my hero!!!
