Monday Morning Success Leads To…..

By jeff 0
Its Monday! That means Monday Motivation as well as how to have a Monday morning success….. But really what I mean is a Monday success, Tuesday success, Wednesday Success, and EVERY DAY success!
There is something that I see every successful GRIT family member do. Most think its some big secret, or trick or tactic that only a few know about, but really its something that EVERYONE can do!
This “something” is so powerful that when actually done, ANYTHING is possible. This something will help you make everyday feel successful, every action you take great and every goal within reach!
Heres the big “something”……
Be better today than you were yesterday.  Each day of your life provides you with an endless number of opportunities to demonstrate commitment, character and focus to showcase your greatness. The only things you’ll need to give up are assumptions, expectations, and the comfort zone that holds you back.
GRIT Rule: The only time you get something before paying for it, is at a restaurant. Everywhere else, you pay before you receive. Make sure you are making the payments required to receive the thing! A GOOD WAY TO THINK OF THIS – IS THE ACTIVITY OR ACTION YOU TAKE TODAY WILL BE REWARDED IN 90 DAYS.
Check this out:
Before Steve Jobs was creating hundreds of thousands of iPods and iPhones, he created ONE.
Before Michael Phelps won the gold in the Olympics, he started by swimming one lap.
You can’t lose 25 pounds before you lose 1.
You can’t make One Million dollars, until you make $100.
Success comes from a consistent daily desire to improve.  It’s one day of making good decisions and executing on those decisions followed by another.  Following your diet for 1 week of the year won’t get you the body you want.  Follow it for 52 weeks of the year, however, and your results will be GREAT!
So make sure, you keep one thing in mind.
Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are.” –Malcolm S. Forbes
Make today, better than yesterday!
