New Years Resolution Obstacles

We’re only a few days(9) into the New Year and you’re probably already starting to feel run-down, beat-up and like your goals are becoming obstacles – like you’re climbing a mountain.

I know I am!

There’s only 1 obstacle that stands in our way… our own mental ability to continue to walk up the mountain.

Remember these things when you feel like it’s too much, and you want to quit:

  1. Take 1 or more steps up the mountain each day
  2. Don’t let yourself take a day off
  3. Even if you must slow down a bit or even side step
  4. If you haven’t taken that first step – take one right now
