Getting protein and veggies in at every meal is a basic key component to improving your nutrition.
It’s really NOT that hard to get your protein and veggies in at every meal, and it does NOT have to be boring and/or tasteless food!
It just takes a little bit of effort – putting thought into your meal vs grabbing whatever you feel like. You tell me, isn’t your health/goals worth the effort/time to plan your meals in advance?
Pictured here is my giant egg white omelette consisting of 10 egg whites, spinach, bell peppers, onions, and 28g feta cheese
+ my breakfast sandwich I made with 1 sourdough English muffin with a fried egg and slice of provolone cheese inside.
This meal includes 57g of protein, more than the average person who is not paying attention to protein intake eats in an entire day.
This whole meal is only 498 calories and will keep you full and satiated for a long time!
