Reason #1

To often we need a “reason” to do the things we know we should.

We need a reason and validation on why it’s important to workout, track, eat well or do your work.

Yet the things you enjoy to do, if I asked you why you do them, you’d tell me “well because I want to.”

So stop looking for reasons, and validation on why you need to do things that are good for you.

And start doing them because YOU WANT TO!

When you start doing it because you want to it will become much easier and less like work and more like enjoyment.

A change of perspective is all it takes.

Do it because YOU WANT TO and not because you need to have to or have a reason to.

So what things this week are you going to do BECAUSE YOU WANT TO?


YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE - ESPECIALLY NOW WHEN YOUR HEALTH COULD BE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BECOMING SICK OR BEING ABLE TO FIGHT OFF VIRUSES AND SICKNESS..

THESE NEXT 25 DAYS MIGHT BE SOME OF THE BEST.... OR SOME OF THE WORST.....
