I’ve finally found 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐅𝐀𝐓/𝐖𝐄𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐒 😱

It’s just a list of 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍 10 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 🥰
Here it is….
1. (Most important‼️) Believe the fitness “influencers” not the stupid science / research based evidence from educated and experienced trainers/coaches/gym owners!
2. Supplements and fat burners are key!
3. Steady state cardio > weight training (save your money on expensive trainers/training gyms, all you need is a treadmill to run on for several hours/day!)
4. Carbs are bad and will make you fat! (Omg especially bread and fruit you guys – that’s the devil on earth!)
5. But you can have good carbs just no bad carbs!
6. Fats are bad and will make you fat! (Unless you are keto and all you need to be in ketosis is this keto pill/supplement)!
7. Cleanse your body with a cleanse once a month to “flush out toxins” be sure not to eat while doing your cleanses!
8. Gluten is bad!
9. You must NEVER eat after 8pm or ALL the calories will automatically store as fat!
So literally all you have to do is obey the fitness “influencers”, do several hours of cardio per day, take supplements and fat burners along with monthly cleanses, never touch a weight (I mean who wants to be bulky anyway right), and don’t eat carbs, fat, or gluten, especially not after 8pm!!!
Ok so seriously guys, I’m sure you realize how utterly RIDICULOUS this list is…. so why are you still falling for the hype on any of these subjects!? They will be packaged to you in an appealing and quick fix manner, typically by someone w a great (often photoshopped) body who is often getting paid to make the post!
