If you have a negative mentality towards your body and look at your workouts like you HAVE to do them because you not good enough now — STOP that shit.
You do NOT have to be motivated every day and love every workout, but you DO have to love yourself, and stop mentally beating yourself up.
Push through your next workout to HONOR your body, NOT to punish it.
The time it’s going to take to accomplish your goals is NOT what matters.
Getting up, getting to the gym, and doing things TODAY that will keep you heading in the right direction is what matters.
Don’t forget to be grateful and enjoy the JOURNEY. Your life is happening NOW — life is every bit as much about the process as it is the end goal. Find fulfillment and joy all along the way, THAT is what will keep you going and make you healthy inside and out! XOXO – Serena
