Take โณFor Yourself Daily

How much time out of the day do you dedicate to yourself? ๐Ÿค”

Whether itโ€™s meeting deadlines for your boss or co-workers, running errands for family members and close friends, helping out with school work, etc., a lot of what we do through the day is for other people. Thereโ€™s nothing wrong with doing these things, but itโ€™s easy to put off taking care of yourself.

Remember ๐Ÿ‘‰ You ๐Ÿ‘ˆ are worth the investment of a few extra minutes a day. And, you canโ€™t take care of others if you donโ€™t take care of yourself first.

Devote a few minutes every day to your own self-care:

๐ŸŒˆ Read something educational or inspiring!

๐ŸŒˆ Prep some healthy meals to have ready for the next few days!

๐ŸŒˆ Exercise!

๐ŸŒˆ Take a walk outside for some fresh air!

๐ŸŒˆ Pamper yourself with a pedicure or massage!

๐ŸŒˆ Enjoy a quiet moment to yourself!

PS. Coach Serena has a limited # of private training spots available.

This is the first time this year that she’s had some open personal training spots between 5 and 7am, MWF!!!
