Todays at home workout…. Are you ready for the 400 rep challenge? for today complete this in 1 full workout or complete the first 100 rep movement as 1 workout and then complete the 10 rounds later on as a second workout. For Time:  100 Burpees  10 Rounds For Time:  10 Pushups  10 Squats  10 Tuck Jumps Total completed time for this workout… Try to get under 10 minutes for the 100 burpees.. This can be achieved by doing 10 reps every minute for 10 minutes. use the remainder of the minute time to rest… Other option… Just go all out and do them!
