If you keep doing what you do daily you WILL be in the same spot and remain the same!!!
Make daily changes, and set goals that are just outside your comfort zone but realistic enough that you can meet them!!!
Goals should be so much more than a # on the scale or # of inches lost. It honestly doesn’t matter that much because if you are relying simply on fast enough progress for results, you will keep starting over when the progress doesn’t come fast enough!
Goals need to be deeper than the surface level, the short term. and the pounds dropped and inches lost will become a side effect of your greater achievements!!! WAHOO!!!
Make some big crazy goals too though, don’t sell yourself short! Shoot for the stars🌟 But don’t forget to make sure you have your smaller daily and shorter term goals in check too. Think shorter term for what you want today, and longer term for the future you want! Be consistent, and you WILL succeed!!!
