Who doesn’t love a good rollercoaster ride.

Every day you are on a rollercoaster called Willpower and Habit.

This rollercoaster just like any other has 4 distinct segments….

Segment 1: Getting on and being excited
Segment 2: Initial jarring and most work required
Segment 3: Vertical resistance
Segment 4: Hands in the air having fun
